  • Role Overview

    This role focuses on executing high-conversion authority websites based on strategic architecture defined by the Valorsic team.

    You will be responsible for building clean, fast, credibility-driven websites for consultants, founders, and B2B service brands.

    This is an execution role. All positioning, structure, messaging, and conversion direction will be provided by the Valorsic team.


  • Scope of Work
    You may be required to deliver:

    - Full website design or no-code/low-code development experience
    - Responsive layouts (desktop, tablet, mobile)
    - Conversion-focused page structures
    - CMS setup (when required)
    - animations and interactions
    - Landing pages or multi-page authority websites

    Our focus is clarity, trust, and conversion.



  • Minimum Experience

    - 2–5 years of website design experience
    - Minimum 5 live website projects
    - Experience working with service businesses, consultants, agencies, or B2B brands
    - Experience with international or professional clients preferred

    Local projects are acceptable if quality and business relevance are strong.



  • Portfolio Requirements
    Your portfolio must demonstrate:

    - Live websites (not only design mockups)
    - Clean, minimal, professional layouts
    - Clear structure and information hierarchy
    - Mobile responsiveness
    - Real business context for each project

    Automatic rejection if:

    - Only templates with minor changes
    - Trend-heavy or experimental UI without business purpose
    - No live links
    - Over-designed, cluttered, or visually flashy work


  • Design & Build Standards
    You should be able to:

    - Design for clarity, credibility, and trust (not decoration)
    - Follow provided wireframes, structure, and messaging
    - Maintain visual consistency with brand identity
    - Build pixel-accurate responsive layouts
    - Optimize for performance and smooth interactions

    If you prefer full creative freedom or experimental UI work, this role is not a fit.


    • Platforms & Tools
      Experience with one or more modern premium website platforms is required, such as:

      - Framer
      - Webflow
      - Readymag
      - Editor X / Wix Studio
      - Squarespace (advanced custom builds)
      - Other high-quality no-code / low-code platforms

      Applicants should be comfortable working within structured design systems and delivering clean, scalable builds.

      Figma proficiency is required for design collaboration and handoff


  • Work Process & Communication
    - All feedback is consolidated and delivered by the Valorsic team
    - Direct client communication is not allowed unless explicitly assigned
    - Final design and structural decisions are controlled by Valorsic
    - Timely communication required (response within 24–48 working hours)
    - Ability to handle 1–2 active projects when assigned


  • Revisions & Scope
    - Projects include 2–3 revision rounds depending on scope
    - Additional changes outside scope may be billed separately
    - Work must follow defined timelines and milestones


  • Performance & Technical Expectations
    - Fast loading and optimized performance
    - Clean responsive behavior across devices
    - Accessibility best practices (contrast, readability, structure)
    - Clean CMS structure when used
    - Smooth, minimal, professional interactions

  • Project Handover
    Final delivery must include:

    - Fully built and published website
    - Organized structure, components, and styles
    - CMS setup (if applicable)
    - Transfer of project ownership to Valorsic or client account
    - Basic post-launch support for minor fixes (up to 32 days)

  • Originality & Quality
    - All work must be custom and built specifically for the project
    - No template-heavy reuse across multiple clients
    - Inspirations are acceptable, but final execution must be distinct and professional
    - Any plagiarism or reuse of existing client work results in immediate termination

  • Legal & Confidentiality
    - NDA and contractor agreement required before project start
    - Full intellectual property rights transfer to Valorsic upon final payment
    - All client work must remain confidential and cannot be shared publicly without approval

  • Payment Structure
    - Fixed project fees only (no hourly work)
    - Standard milestone structure:
    25% project start
    25% design/build approval
    50% final delivery
    (Milestones may vary depending on project scope)

EVALUATION TASK (MANDATORY)

Shortlisted applicants may be given a small evaluation task.

- Based on a real page section or layout brief
- Used to evaluate structure, layout thinking, and execution quality
- This is not a full website build

All submitted evaluation work remains confidential and may not be shared publicly.

AUTHORITY SYSTEMS
(Marketing Execution)

  • Role Overview
    This role focuses on executing authority-building marketing systems based on strategic direction defined by the Valorsic team.

    You will be responsible for improving visibility, credibility, and long-term demand for consultants, founders, and B2B service brands.

    This is an execution role. Positioning, messaging direction, and strategic priorities will be provided by the Valorsic team.



  • Scope of Work
    You may be required to deliver:

    - SEO strategy and execution for authority websites
    - Content optimization and search visibility improvement
    - On-page SEO structure and technical recommendations
    - Keyword and topic research aligned with positioning
    - Authority and credibility signal improvement (E-E-A-T factors)
    - Basic analytics tracking and performance reporting

    We do not focus on growth hacks, traffic manipulation, black-hat tactics, or short-term ranking tricks.

    Our focus is long-term authority, trust, and qualified visibility.


  • Minimum Experience
    - 2–5 years of SEO or digital marketing experience
    - Minimum 3 completed SEO or organic growth projects
    - Experience working with service businesses, consultants, agencies, or B2B brands
    - Understanding of long-term organic growth and authority building

    Experience with international or professional clients preferred.

    Local projects are acceptable if quality and results are strong.


  • Portfolio Requirements
    Your portfolio must demonstrate:

    - Real websites or campaigns worked on
    - Clear explanation of strategy and actions taken
    - Measurable outcomes (traffic quality, rankings, leads, or visibility improvement)
    - Work focused on business impact, not vanity metrics

    Automatic rejection if:

    - Only keyword reports without implementation
    - Focus on traffic volume without business relevance
    - Use of outdated or manipulative tactics
    - No real case context



  • Core Skill Expectations
    You should be able to:

    - Perform structured SEO audits
    - Identify content and structure gaps
    - Optimize website architecture and page structure
    - Align keyword strategy with positioning and business intent
    - Improve credibility signals (author profiles, structured data, content depth)
    - Work within an existing brand and content strategy

    If you prefer aggressive growth tactics or experimental ranking shortcuts, this role is not a fit.



  • Tools
    Experience with professional SEO and analytics tools is required, such as:

    - Google Search Console
    - Google Analytics (GA4)
    - Ahrefs, SEMrush, or equivalent
    - Keyword and content research tools

    Applicants should be comfortable working with data and turning insights into clear action steps.

  • Deliverables
    Depending on scope, deliverables may include:

CATEGORY POSITIONING
(Brand Identity Design)

  • Role Overview

    This role focuses on executing visual brand identities based on strategic positioning defined by the Valorsic team.

    You will be responsible for building clean, credible, authority-driven identity systems for consultants, founders, and B2B service brands.

    This is an execution role, not a creative direction role. All strategic direction, positioning, and messaging will be provided.



  • Scope of Work
    You may be required to deliver:

    - Logo systems (not single logo marks)
    - Complete visual identity (color, typography, layout rules)
    - Brand guidelines
    - Social and profile visual kits
    - Basic website visual direction (when required)

    We do not do mass branding, trend-based logos, or template work..



  • Minimum Experience
    - 2–5 years of brand identity design experience
    - Minimum 5 complete identity projects (logo + full system)
    - Experience working with service businesses, consultants, agencies, or B2B brands
    - Experience with international or professional clients preferred

    Local projects are acceptable if the quality and business relevance are strong.



  • Portfolio Requirements
    Your portfolio must demonstrate:

    - Logo with concept explanation
    - Complete identity system (colors, typography, usage)
    - Real-world applications (website, social, documents, etc.)
    - Clean, minimal, professional visual style
    - Clear business context for each project

    Automatic rejection if:

    - Heavy template usage
    - Trend-heavy or experimental “Dribbble-style” work
    - No explanation of business purpose


  • Design Standards
    You should be able to:

    - Design for clarity, credibility, and authority (not decoration)
    - Work within an existing strategic direction
    - Follow positioning and messaging provided by our team
    - Maintain strict visual consistency across all assets
    - Deliver production-ready files with clean structure and naming

    If you prefer full creative freedom or experimental work, this role is not a fit.


  • Tools

    - Figma or Adobe Illustrator
    - Ability to deliver organized, scalable vector assets

    Preferred:
    - Basic understanding of website layout or Framer structure (optional)


  • Work Process & Communication
